Touch down at Cairo Airport and take it easy. Our friendly rep meets you right after arrival, helps you through the airport stuff, then gets you comfortably transferred straight to your hotel so you can chill and settle in.

Day 2

Giza Pyramids and Museum Tours

Wake up at the hotel and enjoy breakfast, then head out in an air conditioned bus for a big day. You visit the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, then slow things down with lunch overlooking the pyramids, mix grill included, which honestly hits different with that view.

Day 3

Old Cairo and Citadel Tours

After breakfast, head out to explore Old Cairo, where the city’s past really shows itself. The Citadel is the highlight here, sitting high above the city with huge walls, open courtyards, and sweeping views over Cairo that give you a real feel for its power and history. After soaking it all in, enjoy a relaxed Thai food lunch in Cairo, a nice switch up before the rest of the day continues.

Day 4

Cairo to Luxor Nile Cruise Tours

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, then transfer by air conditioned bus to Cairo Airport with our rep assisting you along the way. Fly to Luxor and step straight onto your ship for a four night Nile cruise. That same day you visit the East Bank, including the massive Karnak Temple and the elegant Luxor Temple, then settle in with lunch and dinner served on board as the cruise begins.

Day 5

Luxor West Bank & Nile Sailing Tours

For an early start, you can choose an optional hot air balloon ride over Luxor, which gives unreal views as the sun comes up. Later, explore the West Bank with visits to the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon, each one adding a different piece to the story of ancient Egypt. After the sightseeing, sail onward to Edfu and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with lunch and dinner served on board the cruise.

Day 6

Edfu and Komombo Temple Tours

Step off the cruise to visit the Temple of Edfu, one of the most complete and impressive temples you will see on the trip and easy to picture how it once worked. After that, sail along the Nile to Komombo and visit its unique double temple right by the water, dedicated to two gods and full of great photo spots. The day winds down as you continue sailing toward Aswan, with lunch and dinner served on board so you can relax and enjoy the slow pace of the river.

Day 7

Philae Temple and High Dam Tours

Visit the beautiful Philae Temple, set on its own island and reached by boat, which gives the visit a calm and special feel. You then stop at the High Dam to see how modern Egypt controls the Nile. After the sightseeing, return to the cruise and enjoy lunch and dinner on board as the day winds down.

Day 8

Aswan to Cairo Departure Tours

After breakfast, disembark from the cruise and meet our rep for the transfer to Aswan Airport. Fly back to Cairo, then continue on to a hotel near the airport, keeping the day smooth and easy with no rushing around.can relax and enjoy the slow pace of the river.
